Dark Bronze Cup

A wheel-thrown stoneware cup.

This piece has a really lovely and unique glaze finish, with varying intensity around the exterior of the cup. It has a matte satin-like quality which is very tactile, and the colour is reminiscent of the way aged bronze takes on a turquoise patina. It also beautifully picks out the throwing lines on the inside of the cup.

A very engaging little object I think!
